Break down a workflow into screens and functions, then build a simple tool or automation flow with AI.

Turn prompts into operating routines

Design reusable routines for meetings, proposals, customer management, and other repeated tasks.

Define agent roles and knowledge structures

Clarify what AI should handle, what knowledge it should reference, and where humans approve.
